Front Desk Receptionist Job Application

This is a part time job with a schedule of 5 days a week, working directly with the customer services team the candidate will develop the following tasks:

.Responsibilities as the Receptionist:

Provide exceptional customer service to our customer

Answering phone calls

Greeting customers

Filing

Processing Mail

Data Entry into excel and/or enter data into software
Qualifications for the Receptionist:

Great customer service skills – skill to handle different personalities
Professional on the phone and in appearance – face of the company
Computer skills – emailing, data entry

Job Types: part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
