Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping rates are not fixed and may vary depending on the order size, weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping service selected.

Our website uses live courier pricing to provide current shipping rates at checkout. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout, the available shipping methods and their current prices will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Available shipping services may vary depending on your location and order. Where available, you may choose from standard or expedited shipping options based on your preferred delivery speed and cost.

The shipping price shown at checkout is the applicable shipping charge for your order.

Production Turnaround vs. Shipping Time

Please note that 24-Hour and Same-Day options refer to our production turnaround time only, not the delivery speed.

Same-Day or 24-Hour production does not mean your order will be delivered the same day or within 24 hours.

Shipping times are estimates and depend on the courier and shipping service selected at checkout. For faster delivery after production is complete, expedited shipping options may be available through our partner carriers at checkout.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Across Canada

We ship orders throughout Canada using our partner courier services.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier, service selected, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For custom and made-to-order products, the shipping timeline begins after your order has completed production and has been handed over to the courier.

Local Edmonton Delivery & Pickup

Customers in Edmonton may have local delivery or pickup options available depending on the order and location.

If local delivery or pickup is available for your order, the applicable option will be displayed during checkout or communicated to you separately.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after the courier has received your package.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reputable courier services, delivery times are controlled by the courier once your order has been shipped.

My Designs Graphics & Signs Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Holidays and peak shipping periods

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged product. We may require this information to assist with a courier claim.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Production times can vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork, materials, and complexity of the order.

Production turnaround time is separate from shipping time.

If your order includes a specified production turnaround such as Same-Day or 24-Hour, this refers only to the time required for us to manufacture or prepare your order. The courier's delivery time begins after the order has been completed and shipped.
