Pricing inconsistencies resulting from malfunctions in website functionality are not My Designs' responsibility. All product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Shipping costs and taxes are not displayed. Any typographical or photographic errors are not My Designs' responsibility. Each and every trademark that has been registered belongs to its owner. The actual product may vary in design.

  • All quotes do not include taxes and are valid for 30 days after the quotation date.
  • Orders that are digitally printed must have a minimum fee of $10.00 per item ($30 for large format).
  • At My Designs' discretion, all costs, features, and special offers are subject to change.
  • Allow for a ±2% variation in the final image size.
  • Allow for overruns and underruns by ±5%.
  • Because of print parameters and machine calibration, there could be a 5% color variation.
  • Automated cutting may result in fluctuations in shifting of up to 5%.
  • Before orders are completed, full payment is needed. Before production may begin, a 50% payment is needed if the design is involved, and the remaining amount must be approved.
  • Printed proofs are only provided upon request, but are advised for font size and color assurance. The turnaround time could be prolonged by printed proofs, though. In the event that no printed proof is requested, Rayacom will not be held accountable for the final result. The client's file will be printed exactly as is.

PRINT-READY ARTWORK
Print-Ready Files supplied by the client that don't need any more editing or modification prior to production are considered artwork. They'll be printed exactly as is. It is understood that My Designs will not be held responsible for any mistakes, including variations in spelling, punctuation, content, or color.

CUSTOM ARTWORK

Any artwork produced, updated, or altered by a member of the My Designs Team is considered custom artwork and is billed at the current rate in increments of 0.25 hours. It is necessary to request all adjustments at once. At the current rate, there might be a minimum design charge of 0.25 hours for each additional modification.

DESIGN PROOFS & APPROVAL

Please carefully check the color, size, content, and other proofs that have been provided. When a design is approved, My Designs is released from all obligations pertaining to the proofs that were submitted. Without written consent, no project will be sent to print.

My Design is under no duty to check the layout or content of your order in any way. You are not entitled to or should anticipate that My Design will review any subsequent orders you place, even if a customer service agent has asked about the characteristics of one of your previous transactions. Orders are printed "as submitted," and before they are sent to the printing process, the customer is solely in charge of verifying and approving the final proof and layout.

Customer files are not altered by My Designs. By placing an order for printing, you acknowledge that you are completely happy with the design and content of the document and that you will take responsibility for any mistakes that may occur. It will be assumed by My Designs that you have checked your order's spelling, grammar, content, and layout. For mistakes like misspellings, graphics, grammar, broken fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, incorrect layout, bleeding, incorrect cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, size, etc., My Designs will not be held responsible.

Printed proofs are not provided by My Designs for any order unless the customer asks them throughout the order process and it is a product option. While Email / Digital proofs will be provided, you are responsible for checking the proof against the original if you request it (and fixing any spelling or grammar mistakes, etc.).

If proof is required, your order won't be processed or considered production ready until you've given your written approval. Please be advised that the turnaround time for the job may be affected.

MEDIA CONTENTS
My Designs ensures only royalty-free photos are utilized in custom designs. It is acknowledged that My Designs, its officers, staff, shareholders, directors, and suppliers will not be responsible for any charges, damages, or expenses—including legal fees—that result from associated copyright or trademark infringement issues.

ONLINE PROMOTIONS
Unless otherwise specified, online promotions cannot be applied to retail orders. Only products that are not already specifically discounted, on sale, promoted, or with 24-hour turnaround times—with clear exceptions—are eligible to use promo codes, and only under the conditions described.

My Designs reserves the right to alter any online offer, discount, or promotion at any time and without prior warning.

The legitimacy of the coupons, deals, or promotions as stated in the communication materials.

Unless specifically indicated in the promotion, no two provided promotions may be combined.

All listed prices are in CAD and do not include shipping or taxes. Prices could change at any time without warning.

GIFT CARDS
-Gift cards only apply to online product prices. The purchase's taxes and delivery are not included.

-The gift card can only be used for one purchase per customer, per order, online at mydesignsnet.ca, or in authorized My Design store (show the gift card at the store to redeem it).

-The gift card is worthless in cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.

-The gift card validity is as indicated in the card

CUSTOMER CLAIMS
The customer has five (5) days from the date of delivery of all or any portion of the order to submit a written claim for any defects, damages, and/or shortages. If such a claim is not made within the allotted time, it will be considered irreversible acceptance and an acknowledgment that the customer complies with all terms, conditions, and specifications.

PAYMENTS
To process any orders, My Designs needs full payment. Order processing won't begin until you've paid using a legitimate credit card number. If your payment is delayed, My Design will not be responsible for any delays in order completion.

REFUNDS
Cash refunds are not available from My Designs. Any disagreements about your order must be brought up within five business days, and all sales are final. If a refund is necessary in any case, it will be issued as an online or store credit.

TRANSFER OF TITLE

The customer acknowledges that ownership passes to them upon shipment and that FOB shipping point applies to all printed products. This implies that when we deliver such things to the carrier, the customer assumes all risk of loss and title. If a product is to be delivered to the customer in an electronic format, the customer consents that delivery will be considered to have taken place either (a) when we send the product to them via email or another electronic communication, or (b) when we notify them that the product is available for download from the website.

DISCLAIMER WARRANTY
The website and its contents are offered "as is" with no implicit or explicit guarantees of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. You understand that the website might not run flawlessly or without interruptions. There may be links and references to independent businesses' goods and services on the website. Without any explicit or implied warranties, these references and links are given "as is."

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Regardless of whether My Designs has been informed of the possibility of damage arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site, neither My Designs nor its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents shall be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits.

Any damages or repercussions resulting from your improper or unlawful use of this website or its contents are not My Designs' responsibility.

INDEMNIFICATION
My Designs, its officers, employees, shareholders, directors, and suppliers agree to indemnify, defend, and keep harmless My Designs from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, that may arise from or be connected to a breach of this agreement. It is also acknowledged that full acceptance of the aforementioned terms, conditions, and specifications is shown by the approval of the artwork and the directive to move forward with the manufacturing.
